    Track — Prism, first-party tracking

The conversions your Meta Pixel never sees

Browser restrictions can leave gaps in advertising measurement. Prism combines events from your client's own domain with connected server-side sources and sends configured conversions to Meta, Google, and ChatGPT Ads. Coverage depends on the site's setup, available data, and visitor consent.

    Drop in one snippet

A lightweight script and a single CNAME record put tracking on your client's own domain in minutes.

    2

    Own the identity

A server-set visitor ID helps connect visits and conversions on your own domain. Retention depends on the browser, consent, and site configuration.

    3

    Connect your signals

Bring together click IDs, page views, form submissions, and CRM events. Supported contact identifiers in the tracking snippet are hashed before transmission.

    4

    Feed the algorithms

Configured conversions are delivered to connected ad platforms and brought together with campaign spend in your dashboard.

    Questions

Questions people ask before they switch

    What does Adsidian do?

Adsidian is an ad operations platform for agencies, in-house teams, and managed accounts. It creates and manages campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and ChatGPT Ads from one workspace, recovers conversions that browser pixels miss using its built-in server-side first-party tracking layer (Prism), and provides an approval-gated AI agent for daily optimization, creative, and reporting.

How does Adsidian recover conversions lost to ad blockers?

Prism, the built-in tracking layer, runs server-side on a first-party domain rather than as a third-party browser pixel. Because events are sent from the server to the Meta Conversions API, Google Ads, and the ChatGPT Ads Conversions API, they are not blocked by ad blockers or suppressed by Safari and Firefox tracking prevention, and they are not limited by short-lived browser cookies.

Does Adsidian work for e-commerce clients?

Yes. Switching a client from Services to E-commerce makes Prism track the full shopping journey automatically: product views, add-to-carts, checkout steps, and purchases. Shopify connects in a guided setup and reports revenue straight from the store; WooCommerce is supported; any other store can send events through the dataLayer. Abandoned carts are captured with their contents and value, and the store dashboard shows revenue, orders, average order value, funnels, and profit-based return on ad spend.

Which ad platforms does Adsidian support?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and ChatGPT Ads are supported for campaign creation, management, and sync. Server-side conversion delivery covers Meta, Google, and ChatGPT Ads, with LinkedIn and Reddit delivery rolling out.

Does the AI agent make changes to campaigns on its own?

Interactive agent changes require approval before execution. Eligible accounts can also enable automatic optimization separately; those changes follow the configured limits and guardrails. Review the Automatic changes setting and activity history to see what is enabled for your account.

Is Adsidian GDPR and CCPA compliant?

Prism is consent-gated by default and reads the visitor consent signal from a consent manager or IAB TCF-compatible CMP; an explicit denial always suppresses sharing with ad platforms, and opt-outs forward restricted-processing signals such as Meta Limited Data Use and Google Consent Mode. Contact identifiers are SHA-256 hashed in the browser before transmission, IP addresses can be truncated, and Adsidian supports configurable retention, data-subject access and erasure requests, and a Data Processing Agreement.

    Who is Adsidian for?

Adsidian supports three audiences: agencies managing multiple clients, businesses running their own ads in-house, and businesses that want Adsidian to run their advertising for them. Self-serve signup is open: create an account, answer a few questions, and land on the right setup automatically. The done-for-you plan is $500 a month plus a prepaid ad budget, from which ad spend and a 15% management fee are drawn daily, with a $300 per month minimum ad budget and a human reviewing everything before launch. A guided demo is also available for anyone who wants a walkthrough first.
