    Reilly McNamara is the Founder and CEO of Adsidian, an AI-native advertising platform for marketing agencies. He also operates RM Growth Media, a performance marketing agency serving local service businesses, which serves as Adsidian's live testing ground for every feature before release.

    Before founding Adsidian, Reilly worked in in-home sales for LeafFilter and competed in tennis at a high level. He graduated top of his class from the University of North Georgia. He founded Adsidian in 2026 to fix the attribution and tracking gaps he saw firsthand running paid ads for clients.
