What counts as ad spend?
Ad spend is what Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit or ChatGPT charge to show your ads. On the agency and in-house plans you pay the ad platforms directly and Adsidian never marks your media up. On the done-for-you plan, ad spend and a 15% management fee are drawn daily from the prepaid balance you load.
Is Prism first-party tracking included?
Yes — on every plan, and it is never metered on ad spend. You get your own tracking subdomain, server-side conversion delivery to the ad platforms, and consent-gated collection with identifiers hashed in the browser.
Can I cancel?
The done-for-you plan can be paused at any time, and any unused wallet balance stays yours. Subscriptions are managed from the Billing tab in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal; a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Why aren't the agency and in-house prices listed?
Because they are not settled enough to publish honestly. Rather than post a number we would have to caveat, we quote agency pricing on a call and show in-house plan prices in checkout, where you confirm before anything is charged.
Do I have to book a demo first?
No. Self-serve signup is open — create an account, answer a few questions, and you land on the setup that matches how you work. A demo is there if you would rather see it running on your own accounts first.
